Dr. Glenn Bailey Dr. Bailey is the founder and president of Bailey Eye Care and has been practicing for over 25 years. He attended Marshall University and is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and a past president of the West Virginia Optometric Association. In 2006 he was appointed to the West Virginia Board of Optometry. In 2008, the West Virginia Optometric Association named him "Optometrist of the Year." He enjoys motorcycling, golf, and spending time with his wife Vanessa and their grown children Ryan, Erin, and Stephanie.

Dr. Melissa Leoni Dr. Leoni was born and raised in Healdsburg, CA. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and the Illinois College of Optometry. She completed a post-doctorate residency in ocular disease at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV and practiced in Charleston prior to joining Dr. Bailey. Dr. Leoni and her husband Sean Wilson enjoy hiking, camping, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She joined Bailey Eye Care in 2007.

Susan Kelley Susan is the Office Manager of Bailey Eye Care. She is an American Board of Opticianry certified optician. She has over 15 years experience in all aspects of eye care including optical dispensing, eyeglasses fabrication, contact lenses, patient care, and office administration and insurance. Susan oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations of Bailey Eye Care.

Arlene Perry Arlene has over 15 years experience in eye care as an eyewear consultant and stylist. She will expertly assist you in selecting the perfect eyewear for your individual needs and lifestyle. Arlene performs eyewear adjustment and repair and serves as a patient ambassador to assists with all patient needs.

Becky Zerkle Becky joined Bailey Eye Care in 2006. Before joining our staff, she gained experience in the eye care field while working in a retina specialty office. Becky serves as an examination technician, performing preliminary examinations and special testing. She also shares responsibility for insurance administration.

Vanessa Bailey Vanessa is from Columbus, Ohio. She is a graduate of Columbus Technical Institute and holds an associate degree in Optometric Technology. She is a Registered Optometric Technician and serves as Business Manager for Bailey Eye Care.

Laura Suppa Laura joined the staff of Bailey Eye Care in 2008 with prior experience working in a large eye care practice in Charleston, WV. Laura is a graduate of West Virginia University and is an optometric assistant and contact lens technician. She was accepted to the Indiana University College of Optometry and began classes in the fall of 2009.

Brandi Gillispie

Brandi joined Bailey Eye Care in 2009.  She has extensive prior experience in a large medical care facility and also worked for a number of years as a chiropractic office assistant.  Brandi is a patient coordinator and assists with patient scheduling and patient insurance coordination.

Geri Vital

As our practice has continued to grow, Geri joined our staff in 2009.  Geri was a member of our staff as a optical lab technician.  The holds an American Board of Opticianry certification.  She is an optometric technician and serves as the refractive surgery coordinator for Bailey Eye Care.

Jennifer Curnutte

Jennifer also joined our staff in 2009. She brings extensive experience working in a local ophthalmology practice. She is an optometric technician and performs preliminary patient evaluations and special tests.

Brandy Hatcher

Brandy also joined our practice in late 2009. She comes to us from a large ophtalmology practice with experience in medical and surgical patient care.

Lindsey Hass

Lindsey joined the Bailey Eye Care staff in early 2010. She has prior experience in a medical office. She serves as a patient co-ordinator.
